If you are even remotely concerned about you and your athletes’ health, I urge you to start supplementing your diet with fish oil if you currently are missing out. Based on the strong scientific evidence and anecdotal evidence, I strongly encourage you to incorporate into your diet two specific omega-3 fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexanoic acid (DHA), commonly referred to as fish oils.
